Coaching Options

Custom Strength & Cardio Training Plan +
1-1 Coaching

This option includes a fully customized monthly plan that includes both strength and cardio workouts based on your goals. You also get weekly coaching support, monthly coaching calls, and unlimited access to communication with your coach. This is a great option for athletes who may be experiencing symptoms or are having difficulty returning to exercise, or who have not exercised in a while.  1-1 coaching is perfect for athletes needing more frequent and detailed support, and more flexibility with their training plan from week to week. 

Custom Stand-Alone Strength or Run/Bike Plan

This option includes a monthly stand-alone strength plan or running plan. This option is great for the experienced athlete who wants a plan focused on just one element (strength or run focus) and may be training for a specific goal (ie: 16 wk 1/2 marathon training plan).

What's included:

Custom Plan

  • Detailed intake questionnaire sent via email helps me get to know you,  any physical concerns, your athletic background,  and goals.

  • Initial 60 min video call includes review of physical concerns, strength and movement analysis,  and goal setting.  This can be in-person if client is located in Chaffee County, Colorado.

Detailed Workouts

  • Includes strength and cardio workouts based on your goal/sport, time availability each week, and equipment available. 

  • Training plan sent weekly via easy-to-use app. 

  • Includes detailed workout plans and example exercise videos.

Accountability & Support

  • Weekly email check-in with coach to discuss progress and address questions and concerns.

  • Monthly 30 min coaching call.

  • Coach reviews weekly progress 

  • Unlimited email and text communication with coach.

Investment

  • $135/month

Stand-Alone Strength or Run/Bike Training Program
